After a number of difficult years for O’Dwyers GAA, the club through hard work of its members has started to emerge from the economic and financial darkness back towards a sustainable club again. However, a number of concerns and worries have been expressed by club stakeholders on the direction and future of the Club, from our facilities, our capacity to deal with the population influx and increased competition from neighbouring sporting organisations within the area.
To alleviate these concerns, with your help and external assistance the club will embark on a planning process that sets your club on the path to a better future. This Club Development Plan is a long term road map (usually 3-5 years) which focuses on the club’s vision for the future. It allows a club to decide its priorities and set its own objectives towards achieving them.
