Team of the week was the Minor ladies sponsored by Moriarty’s Super Valu who had a great win over Skerries Harps on Friday Evening with Fantastic performances all over the field. Elsewhere the Intermediate Footballers had a mixed week beating St Finians Newcastle on Wednesday Evening and losing out to Ballymun on Saturday both in the league, while the Junior Footballers received a walkover in the league Sunday morning The Ladies Footballers were suffered there first defeat in the league to Ranalagh Gaels last Wednesday. There was impressive wins for the U-9, U-10 and U-11 Hurlers this week, But the Minor Footballers lost out to Na Finna in the League on Saturday Afternoon. Congratulations to The Dublin Senior Football Team on Winning Division 1 of the Alliance National League and also congratulations to Amy Mc Donald on being selected for the Dublin U-21 Ladies squad for the coming year. Next Sunday the Clubs Take Me Out Fundraiser takes place in the Bracken Court Hotel doors open at 8 pm there is only a handful of tickets available and we would urge any contestants to return unsold tickets and money to Paul Nixon ASAP on 085-1173361, we would also like to express our gratitude to all the local Businesses who have sponsored this event and encourage all Members to shop local. There will be a Social Night in the Club on Sunday the 5th of May with music by Liam Carter doors open at 9.30 pm supper will be served and everyone is welcome.
