Team of the week was the Ladies footballers sponsored by Tesco who defeated Whitehall on Wednesday evening in the Division 6 cup semi-final to advance to the final against Ranelagh Gale’s time and date to be confirmed and we would urge all members to show the girls their support in the Final. The inter Footballers shared the spoils with St Bridget’s on Sunday Morning in the league and that result secures their league status for next season, The under 14 hurlers had a good win on Saturday at home to Erin Go Bragh while the 15 hurlers lost out to Trinity gales on Sunday The Club would like to extend its deepest sympathies to the Family of Annie Doyle mother of Club Member Marie Mc Inerney may she rest in peace. Over 80 children attended our skills camp for 4-7 year olds on Saturday morning and was brilliant to see so many children learning the skills of hurling and football from our team of voluntary coaches The Skills Camp continues this Saturday morning from 11-12.30 on our Main pitch, but will them move to Flemington Community Center from Saturday the 12th of October for the winter months. We are always looking for new Children and it is a great for parents who wish to introduce their Children to Gaelic games in a safe and fun environment.
