There were no fixtures this weekend due to the Easter Break. Saturday morning was still a hive of activity as we saw the return of the skills camp to Bremore Park after been indoors for the winter months. The children enjoyed a very special visit from our new Club mascot, Dwyer the Dog. He dropped in to brush up on his own skills and while he was there helped launch the Easter egg hunt and pose for a few photos. The skills camp will take place each Saturday Morning from 11-12.30 and always welcome new children between the ages of 4-7. Preparations are still continuing for Take Me Out Balbriggan which will take place on Bank Holiday Sunday the 5th of May in the Bracken Court Hotel. Tickets go on sale in the next couple of weeks priced at €15 each. If you are interested in taking part you can contact Paul on 085-1173361. Hurry up though as there is only a limited number of spaces available. Membership is now well overdue and should be paid to Club Registrar Antoinette Curran or Dolores Mooney a.s.a.p. or by logging on to www.odwyersgaa.com and following the easy steps. Easter Camps take place this week from Tuesday – Friday Priced €25 with large numbers expected. There will be a juvenile equipment fundraiser held in the club on Saturday the 20th of April. It is an 80s themed night. Tickets are priced €5 and your first pint free.
