We are extremely proud and excited for Adam Heron who has been selected for the Dermot Early Youth leadership programme ?
Adam is 15 years old and has been with O’Dwyers GAA since the age of 4. He currently plays hurling and football with our U16 team and is an extremely active member of our club and community. He has also been coaching with nursery over the last 2 years.

A little about the programme;
The Dermot Early Youth leadership programme has been running since 2014 and has seen over 500 young GAA members across Ireland complete the year long programme, gaining a level 6 third level qualification in Youth Leadership and Community action. This unique programme evokes and honours the value of Dermot Early epitomised and tries to foster in a new generation of young Irish leaders.
