O’Dwyers GAA are delighted that Fingal County Council have announced, at their monthly meeting which took place last Thursday, that a allocation has been made available under the capital sports grant for a Full Size 3G astro turf pitch complete with flood lighting. The project is to be constructed in early 2014 and it will be located just beside the old 1G pitch (All Weather Pitch) where 2 soccer pitches had previously stood.
The new facility will accomodate both Balbriggan Town FC and O’Dwyers GAA and is a great Boost to both clubs and the whole community of Balbriggan.
