We have made steady progression in our new development program over the late few months.
Key highlights include:
- The ‘Heads of Terms’ have been agreed with Fingal County Council and the formal legal documents are being finalised
- The architectural designs have now been completed by our design team
- The tender documents are complete and have been issues to 8 major construction contractors.
- Responses to the tender are expected by the end of June 2019.
- Following analysis of the tender responses and selection of a preferred contractor, we expect the contractor to commence construction by August/September 2019.
