Following a discussion with the Club Executive Committee, a decision has been made regarding the re-opening of parking facilities within Bremore park. As you are aware our club has grown from strength to strength over the last number of years and we have ever-growing numbers in our Juvenile sections.

With this in mind, the Club Executive has made the decision that effective from 17th September

• No parking is permitted in the Club on Saturday until 1 pm – this is in order to facilitate the safe entry and exit access to the Club for OgDwyers Nursery and younger teams
• No parking will be permitted in the parking spots at the front of the club area – Parking is only available behind the Cardy Rock goal or on the training strip – Remedial work will be conducted in the coming weeks

The decision is made to ensure that we have a safe club taking into consideration the potential risks and Health & Safety.

Funding Overview

The club’s development funding situation is in a positive position, despite external factors impacting the club and society in general. Phase 1a and 1b of the project are fully funded.

In order to complete the full development ( not leave any items out ), supplementary funding is required

To achieving this funding our Fundraising committee and Development committees have devised a draft plan that includes the following fundraising activities:

• Patron Scheme – Closing Soon
• O’Dwyers Club Car Raffle – Completion Sept 
• Monthly Drive-in Bingo – In progress
• Corporate Golf & Annual Golf – In planning
• Official Turning of the Sod – In planning  
• Xmas Event ( Regulations approval ) –  In planning 
• Corporate Sponsorship –   In progress
• Grant sourcing –  In progress
• Club Team fundraising event ( 1K per team ) –  In planning 

Our club lotto is also a great source of finances for the club and we would encourage all members of the club to consider supporting it for as little as €2 per week.

Thank you for booking O’Dwyers GAA Cul Camp, below is important information about the running of the camp.

Please take the necessary time to review, understand and download the app to ensure the smooth operation of the camp

Time & Durations

• Date: Starts Monday 12th July 2021
• Camp registration: 9.45am on Monday
• Duration: Camp 10.00 am – 2.00pm each day

 What to Bring

Please ensure your child brings

• A lunch
• Plenty of water or drinks (especially on warm days)
• Rain gear
• Sun cream (must be applied at home, no camp volunteer can apply it)
• Hurl & Helmet (if they have one)

Note: Any child who needs to have medication with them at camp parents must notify Club Administrators or Anthony (GPO). Medication will be looked after in the Clubhouse and returned at the end of each camp day

Camp Registration

• Registration starts at 9.45 am on Monday at O’Dwyers Main pitch ( opposite Bremore Castle / Clonuske Estate )
• Please ensure the Club has the correct information for your child at registered
• Please wear a mask for registration on arrival.

ClubZap Group, Attendance & Covid

Camp attendance and covid procedure will be coordinated via the Club’s Mobile ClubZap App

• We would request that BOTH Parents/Guardians join the “2021 Cul Camp” chat group on the ClubZap Mobile App

• Each morning of the camp, please

• • Remember to Edit RSVP and confirm attendance

• • Complete the ‘Covid-19 GAA Return to play’ questionnaire

• IMPORTANT: The Covid-19 GAA Return to play’ MUST BE completed in advance, failure to do so will prevent access to the camp!
• Any child who needs to leave camps early must be signed out by Parent/Guardian.
• If your child cannot attend camp due to illness or holiday etc., please notify Denise on 0861202694

Photos

• Photos may be taken at the camp and promotion on the Club’s social media, Balbriggan info and fingal independent newspaper.
• If you wish your child not to have their photographs taken, please advise admin on registration

• Please DO NOT PARK in nearby estates or roadside including Clonuske and Cardy Rock Estates
